We are in partnership with Apple to obtain service parts and to ensure a safe, reliable and secure repair for your Apple products. At the present time, there is no Apple Authorised Service Provider in Liverpool, Merseyside area. To ensure you receive a safe and quality repair, we only using genuine Apple service parts, and repair will not effect your warranty with Apple.
Apple Mac Repairs, Free Diagnostic Service
At Apple Mac Repair Centre, we offer a free diagnostic service for all Apple Mac laptop and desptop computers. Some of the diagnoses are more complex, therefore, there is a fee of £42 for the diagnostic service. However, this fee is waved when you instruct us to have the repair completed. Should you not wish to proceed with the repair the diagnostic fee is payable on collection of the faulty item.

At this moment, we are unable to provide iPad, iPod or Apple Watch repairs, please contact Apple Store Liverpool One or your nearest Apple Store. iPhone, iPad, iPod and Apple Watch repairs are only officially done by Apple or Apple Authorised Service Provider.

At Apple Mac Repair Centre, our technicians are Apple-certified. All the Apple Mac repairs are under taken by our Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT). In servicing your product, we will ensure that any repair service done by us will be performed professionally. AMRS warrants that repairs to your Apple products will be guaranteed for the period of ninety (90) days. (see our Repair Terms and Conditions page).
