How this works?

  1. Book it online, click on Mail-in Repairs on the left navigation menu, we will create a return label and arrange UPS to collect item from your address.
  2. If you are sending in an Apple portable product for repair, we will send you the packing material, just follow the illustrated packing instructions enclosed in the box.
  3. Item will be returned within 3 - 4 working days on the date we receive your item.

Service warranty
