Apple Mac Repair - Diagnostic fee

There is a charge of £42 for this diagnostic service. This fee is refundable if you go ahead and have the repair done by us. If the repair is not accepted then the diagnostic fee is payable on collection of the faulty item.

Our guarantee and warranty coverage

At Apple Mac Repair Service, all the Apple Mac repairs are under taken by our Apple Macintosh Certified Technicians, these technicians are fully trained and certified by Apple. In servicing your product, we will ensure that any repair done by us will be performed in a workmanlike manner. A replacement product or part, including a userinstallable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Apple, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. Mail-in repair service

If you are outside of Liverpool area, and you wish to use our Mail-in repair service. You will be responsible for all carriage costs (including insurance) whether a repair has been carried out or not. If you require any further information, please contact us before you dispatch any item.

Can I check my repair status?

Yes. Once you have decided to resolve and repair the issue, we will email you with a repair ID, you can track your item at repair status page.
