Refund policy

We provide great value and competitively priced products for our customers and as a result have managed to develop a large client base. Please feel free to email us if you find anywhere cheaper than our store, we will try to match the price for you.

At AMRS we want you to be satisfied everytime you shop with us. However, we know you may want to return items, below is a brief summary of our returns policy. Please note that your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned product being rejected upon receipt and you may forfeit your right to a refund.

  1. Every item (not including CD and DVD) purchased on-line when returned in its original condition, packaging (sealed) within two weeks of delivery and is accompanied by a copy of sales receipt, will be refunded in total.
  2. AMRS reserves the right not to issue a full refund if returned items (including all accessories) are in unresaleable condition, such as showing signs of wear and tear or in damaged condition.
  3. AMRS reserves the right to reject any product that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.
  4. AMRS will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the items and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
  5. Faulty or damaged items: Please notify us as soon as you are aware of any problem. Items should be returned with original packaging and full contents. Postage details as below.
  6. All faulty items will be exchanged or refunded only within 14 days after purchase. We cannot, however, exchange or refund items that have been purchased in error. Please read thoroughly the item description or e-mail for further clarification. We will endeavour to solve any problems that you may have and would appreciate you contacting us if you have any problems.
  7. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of all return items. Refunds will be issued to purchasers original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account or cheque account).
